Re: FYVM - Tyler Crown
Tyler offered a smile and introduced himself. "I'm starting to wish I had brought some more money with me, but I guess its for the best. I'm here to see Herc." He looked from the man with the barritone to Herc. "I'm Tyler Crown by the way. Didn't mean to be rude and not introduce myself." He stood, shifting just slightly so he appeared a little bigger than he was. He wsan't here for violence, but if Kruel was on his way he needed to get Herc on the same page as him and quickly. Tyler didn't have time for pussy footing around, there were things to do.
Re: FYVM - Tyler Crown
To say everyone was surprised to see you would be something of an understatement. In fact, only one kindred seemed to have any idea who you were at all. Maybe you're getting old, but your sudden appearance just didn't have the impact it used too. The first one to speak was the woman. "Well good day to you, sir," She had said in her own fairly accurate, mock Manchester accent. She was Spanish and something else. She was pretty if you liked the short thin ones with plastic breasts.
A quick look around gave you a rough sense of security. Only one of the kindred in this room was carrying a weapon, and it was the girl. You knew from experience and familiarity with this kind of scene. The bald black guy looked like he could be dangerous but not in a physical sort of way. He seemed to have darkness clinging to his soul, and it told you that he would be a threat because he would run and hide before facing you. Herschal Bass, the Brujah, was pretty easy to identify. He had apparently just taken his seat only a minute before you arrived. He was setting up chips and had his coat layed across the back of a chair. Mary Jane wasn't lying. He fit his description to a T. He towered over you by about 4 or 5 inches and was broad shouldered and muscled, the kind of chest and arms that told you he played linebacker for a college _American_ football team.
The one who caught your attention most though was the old, grizzled man with salty gray hair and steel colored eyes. He was the one who knew who you were and you could tell from the way he instinctively moved two centimeters backwards, but otherwise making no move. "Even'n." He had said in a slow baritone.

Re: FYVM - Tyler Crown
Tyler rolled his eyes and immediately bee lined to the PSIQ (Pawn Shop In Question). In his mind, while he drove, Tyler tried to go over whatever notes he had on this Herc, but realized he didn't have any. Los Angeles had been a no mans land for his clan, and reliable information on specific people was hard to come by. The bulk of his was from personal encounters. So, the Archon gave up, sped up just a little and made sure he wasn't being tailed.
Satisfied he wasn't Tyler continued, taking a more direct route, and arrived a scant twenty two minutes later. He had wondered what he was going to do or say when he got there. He liked having a plan, but when he was dealing with unknowns it was hard to plan for anything. So, Tyler made sure his revolver was loaded and headed for the pawn shop. He stepped out of the car and looked around. The streets smelled like car exhaust and for once Tyler was glad he no longer had to breathe. He headed straight for the door.
He heard the front door click as it unlocked when he got near. That gave Tyler some pause and he glanced around, but he opened the door and continued inside. He followed the lights through the tables and displays, into the back rooms and through a passage in the back of a closet before emerging into a well lit room. Turning a sharp left he entered to where the poker game would be played. He stopped just inside and sized everyone up. He took a few more step and put his back to the wall so he could see those arrayed in front of him and anyone else that might be coming in behind him.
"Greetings everyone." He offered a smile to the crowd and looked around. Suddenly he wished he had a few more grand on him so he could play too, but, duty called. "How's everyone doing?'

FYVM - Tyler Crown
After dispersing from the rest of the group and making sure Regina was squared away with a place and a time to meet Mary Jane and her childe, you went about doing your work. Dragon and Natalya were both busy themselves. You and Dragon didn't necessarily agree but between both of you, there was no chance Tatiyanna was going to get far.
Doing your best to home in on Kruel, you did some digging. Turns out Mary Jane had a contact among the Nosferatu, Goo-Goo who might be able to help. She told you she would call you back in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes turned into twenty, which then turned into thirty, and when it finally hit 39, she called you back. Goo-Goo had called her back. He said he didn't know where Kruel was, but he knew where some of his friends were, and that he'd call them and find out. You waited angrily, and more to the point, in a rather frustrated position of needing to get on the move while still not having all of the information you needed.
As you were just about to start canvasing the streets and dealing with the Anarchs yourself, Mary Jane hit you back. She told you Goo-Goo said he would be catching up with a guy named Herc Bass. He was pretty easy to spot. Really big guy, crew cut, mean face, but wears nice clothing. He was a Brujah... and one of the few Kruel does business with. The two usually met at the Pawn Shop for poker and to do business - whatever that is, nobody knows. Goo-Goo confirmed Herc was already there, and that the game's buy in was 10 grand.
Mary Jane apologized for not having more information and then mentioned she'd be about five minutes late meeting Regina... but that she would be there as soon as she could. She apologized again and hung up leaving you to your own devices.
