Hector is an effective leader, it's really unfortunate for him that it might split apart. He manages to hold it all together, but someday if he doesn't pay attention it'll fall apart.
This guy doesn't need to, but can use his fists. He's a bit more foolhardy than NOS and the whole coterie doesn't have the funds available to compete. Their vehicles are pretty beat up, but functional. They might not have top of the range gear, but he does better than other coteries with what he has.
He's struggling to make something out of nothing and so far doing a dman good job.
