Happy is cool. He buys a lot into Marxist theory for a Ventrue. He's canny enough to know that any grup needs direction and he's wise enough to provide it. Not found out yet which coterie he belongs to, but if I had to take a guess, I'd think he's in the Loyalists. He's dedicated to those around him.
Happy could make a good living as a stand up comedian. His rants are something wonderful to behold and he can keep going for hours. I hear his childehood was a difficult one and he still bears trong resentment towards his Sire.
