Re: Swoop Track - Ao'la
"Indeed." The Jedi responded to your comment without once so much as blinking, let alone moving his posture. "I find it most peculiar how someone so strong in the Dark Side came to be in a place where the Jedi Council has taken great caution to prevent such opportunity." The Jedi didn't say anything else, but it was clear there would be problems because of this confrontation, even if there was no actual conflict involved. Once you figured out how to get out of this situation, you were going to have to let the others know that the Jedi have already found you...

Re: Swoop Track - Ao'la
Ao'la gave the Jedi a swift searching look as he suddenly spotted him, trying to see if it was anyone he knew from his own days in the Jedi Order. Outwardly he showed no sign of surprise, but inwardly he was cursing himself for not spotting him sooner.
He was in a bind now alright. He wasn't about to turn his back on the other man, but he had no desire to start a fight in the middle of a crowded starport. So he did the only other thing that made sense: he finished his chicken and approached the Jedi.
"Morning!" he said, brightly. "Lovely day for a bit of racing isn't it?"

Re: Swoop Track - Ao'la
There were several different kinds of chicken on a stick. Some were covered in a thick, somewhat spicy, honey glaze. Others were covered in black pepper and lemon juice. Still a third kind was covered in something called teriyaki. It had it's own unique flavor that was salty and thick, a bit sweet at the same time. While contemplating the Jawas and munching on your chicken - it made you thirsty too - you were starting to wonder where a force user would be on this track, and why they would be there.
And that's when it dawned on you like a ton of bricks. About fifteen meters in front of you, standing there face to face was one of the Jedi. It was a human, and had a long shaggy salt and pepper colored beard. His hair was unkempt but his eyes could see the Force, and subsequently, the Dark Side coarsing through you. His hands rested stoicly on his hips. It was clear he was waiting on you to make your move.

Re: Swoop Track - Ao'la
Ao'la raised his hands in a placating gesture and returned to the area where the merchants were setting up their stands. He wondered what Jawas might be doing here; he thought they were native to Tattooine, and he'd never seen one off the planet before. Maybe they were branching out.
He decided to buy a chicken-on-a-stick, partially out of curiosity, but mostly because he was hungry. While eating the chicken, he walked towards the other end of the area, away from the track and towards where the merchants must be coming from, still alert for the presence he had felt in the Force.

Swoop Track - Ao'la
The chicken vendor wasn't Force sensitive, but that didn't stop the chicken from smelling and looking good. None of the mechanics you could tell were Force sensitive either, and it was starting to annoy you. Figuring it might be a good idea to try the swoop track itself, you went down, and snuck past the no-entry barrier.
The Swoop Track itself was empty, as were the stands where the people would sit and watch. In fact, you had been snooping around the track itself for only a few seconds before a pair of Jawa and a trio of droids stopped you as best they could. The first Jawa barked and snipped and snarfed at the second, who appeared to grumble something back. Then they both hurried over to you, one of them brandishing a stun baton and the other with a force pike. The one with the pike jabbed it at you. "UTIINII!"
You had no idea what the Jawa were saying. You could guess easily enough that it had something to do with you not being on the track yet. To cement their claim, one of the droids - the one with mechanized treds - swivelled in your direction with two arms that were modified into blasters.
The strength of the Force Sensitive one was not down at the track anyway. That wasn't helpful, but somewhere in the back of your head, you got the notion that your own Force sensitivity was probably noticed, especially if it was a Jedi.
