Wayne is a Brujah runt who is real big into late night parties and the techno club scene. He doesn't usually have a violent streak but Wayne takes great offense to being picked on about his small size and (occasionally) poor taste in music.

I don't know much about Wayne. A Brujah. Not only with bad taste in music, but also hair, clothes and just about everything else. He's fairly well connected around the party circuit. Good for drugs and some information now and again. I suspect he lives a very dangerous life. Sadly when dealing in drugs and information, you're bound to upset someone some time. He's done a good job in keeping himself free of that....for the time being at least.
