They all say Reggie is strange. They say he can't frenzy and that it's impossible to piss him off. I ask why you'd want too? Reggie is the kind of guy who can always find the positive in everything. When challenged he sees the test for what it is and thinks his way around it. I like the guy. As far as vampires go, this one isn't so bad.

I heard the reason Reggie can't frenzy is because he eats from the asylum and with all the anti depressants in his system the beast is spiritually numb......I suppose it's ok if you're into that kind of thing..... Just kind of odd.
He is a nice guy. Everyone likes him. I like him despite the fact I don't understand him. Something about him is disarming. He's so well liked he'd be a good candidate for anyone wanting to know what everyone else in the city is up to.
