"Pretty" Pete Pollock is one of the more influential kindred in that he is known to have more then one lawyer on retainer as well as a pair of surgeons which he uses to regularly aid other kindreds' ghouls for a hefty price. Pretty Pete is actually a Ravnos who prefers to hide in public under the watchful protection of the Freedom Fighters who he is slowly growing to trust.

Pete is one of those guys. You need something weird. He can get it for you. His main sideline is in getting ghouls healed, but he doesn't bat an eye at the stranger requests either. If you can't find what you're looking for Pete can find it for you. At a price. It's hard to get on his good side. He maintains a neutral relationship with most....probably to keep his prices jacked as high as they are.
