One of the original Loyalists, Igor is one of the few kindred to go against the grain and side with neither the newcomer Edge, nor the majority of his clan and the Kingpin. Igor is a known information broker and is a good connection for new arrivals into Los Angeles if they're trying to get a good foothold without having to pay too heavy a cost.

Igor is a reliable information broker, but he doesn't know the whole picture. He's a great place to start and at reasonable cost. His information will oftne let you know where you need to be looking and the questions you need to be asking.
He's dependable and he doesn't ask too many questions. I hear he makes a lot of money on the side as a fence and pawnbroker. One of the wealthy Nosferatu. He has a pretty sophisticated computer setup too.
