Elektra is the only current member of True Blood that I respect. She cast her lot in with Tera and suffered some abuse as the result of it. I've practiced sparring with her and she has a lot to teach. I've never asked outright, but I hear she was embraced in the Caribbean in the 1700's, after living a life as a pirate.
She must be tiring of life in her old coterie. I would suspect she might be amenable to a better offer if one came along. You'd need to approach carefully. She doesn't like being pushed into anything.
